제1조 개인정보 수집항목 및 수집방법
"LETS"는 모든 회원에게 더 나은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집합니다. 또한, 개인정보 보호법 제30조에 따라 정보주체(고객)의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리지침을 수립․공개합니다.
A. 회원이 제공하는 정보
회원가입 시 가입에 필요한 정보를 아래와 같이 수집하고 있습니다.
① 개인용 서비스
- 필수: 이름, 이메일, 비밀번호
B. 회원이 서비스를 사용할 때 수집하는 정보
① 기기 정보
회원의 단말기(모바일, 컴퓨터) 정보, OS 종류 및 버전. 브라우저 유형, 서비스 이용 기록, IP 주소, 쿠키, Access Token, 세션 ID, 국가, 언어, 유입 경로, 프로그램 설치와 주요 기능 실행 등 사용량에 대한 기본 정보를 수집합니다.
② 컨텐츠 정보
Polaris Office 서비스의 회원 스토리지에 있는 파일과 파일의 내용에 관한 정보를 수집합니다. 이 정보는 회원이 선택한 서비스만을 위한 것이며, 다른 서비스 또는 회원 외의 다른 사람을 위해 사용되지 않으며 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
③ 결제 정보
브라우저 유형, 서비스 이용 기록, IP 주소, 쿠키, 국가, 언어, 프로그램 설치와 주요 기능 실행 등 사용량에 대한 기본 정보를 수집합니다. 그 외에도 회원이 유료 서비스를 이용하는 과정에서 결제 등을 위하여 불가피하게 필요한 때에는 신용카드 정보 및 대금 청구 주소, 국가, 통화 단위 등과 같이 결제에 필요한 거래 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.
④ 연락처 정보
회원이 서비스에서 자신의 연락처에 액세스하도록 허용하는 경우, 서비스는 사용자가 차후 연락처를 이용할 수 있도록 서버에 연락처 정보를 저장합니다. 연락처 정보는 자료를 공유하거나 이메일을 보내거나 사람들에게 서비스에 초대하는 목적으로만 사용합니다.
⑤ 제3자 파트너 계정정보
회원이 서비스에서 Google 또는 기타 서비스 제공업자의 회원 계정에 있는 정보에 액세스하도록 허용하는 경우, 서비스는 사용자가 차후 정보를 이용할 수 있도록 서비스 서버에 정보를 저장합니다.
"LETS"는 다음과 같은 법적 근거를 기반으로 이용자의 개인정보를 처리합니다.
A. 정보주체의 동의
"LETS"는 광고성 정보 수신에 동의한 회원에 한하여 제품 및 마케팅 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이벤트 정보 전달 및 광고 게재 시에 해당 정보를 이용합니다. 회원은 서비스 계정 설정의 이벤트, 서비스 안내에서 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다.
B. 계약 이행
"LETS"는 회원과의 계약 이행을 위해 필요한 개인정보 처리를 할 수 있습니다.
① 회원 가입 의사를 확인하고 계정을 생성하기 위하여 사용합니다.
② 회원으로 가입한 이용자를 식별하고 불량회원의 부정 이용과 비인가 이용을 방지하기 위하여 사용합니다.
③ 회원과 약속한 서비스를 제공하고 유료 서비스 구매 및 이용이 이루어지는 경우 이에 따른 요금 정산을 위해 사용됩니다.
④ 서비스 내에서 회원 정보를 표시할 필요가 있는 경우(예: 공유된 문서의 작업자 정보 표시 등)에는 다른 회원에게 프로필 정보(예: 이름, 이메일, 사진 등)를 표시할 수 있습니다.
⑤ 회원에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 서비스 이용 과정에서 회원의 문의사항이나 불만을 처리하고 공지사항 등을 전달하기 위해 사용합니다.
⑥ 사용 중인 특정 기기나 특정한 접근 경로에 제휴에 의한 특이 사항이 있는 경우에 유효한 제휴 사용자임을 확인하기 위해서 사용합니다.
⑦ 맞춤형 서비스 제공 및 신규 서비스 개발 등에 참고하기 위하여 이를 익명화하여, 이용 패턴과 접속빈도 분석 및 서비스 이용에 대한 통계에서도 사용됩니다.
⑧ 회사는 서비스를 무료로 제공함에 있어 회사 또는 제휴사의 서비스 관련 각종 광고를 서비스 화면에 게재하거나 설치할 수 있습니다.
A. "LETS"는 이용자의 개인정보를 서비스를 제공하는 기간에만 제한적으로 이용하고 있습니다. 이용자가 (i) 회원탈퇴를 요청하거나 제공한 개인정보의 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 철회하는 경우, (ii) 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 경우, (iii) 보유 및 이용기간이 종료된 경우 해당 이용자의 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기 됩니다.
B. 회사는 관련 법령에서 규정한 기간동안 개인정보를 보관하고 있으며, 보관된 정보를 다른 목적으로는 절대 이용하지 않습니다.
① 전자상거래 등에서 소비자 보호에 관한 법률
- 계약 또는 청약철회 등에 관한 기록: 5년 보관
- 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 보관
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 보관
② 전자금융거래법
- 전자금융에 관한 기록: 5년 보관
③ 통신비밀보호법
- 로그인 기록: 3개월

"LETS" collects the minimum amount of personal information needed to better serve all members. In addition, in order to protect the personal information of the information subjects (customers) pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and to promptly and smoothly deal with the related grievances, the following guidelines shall be established and disclosed:
A. Information provided by members
We are collecting the information required to sign up for membership as follows.
£ Personal service
- Required: Name, Email, Password
B. Information collected by members when using the service
£ Device information
Member's device (mobile, computer) information, OS type, and version. Collect basic information about usage, including browser type, service history, IP address, cookies, Access Token, session ID, country, language, inflow path, program installation and execution of key features.
£ Content information
Collects information about files and their contents on member storage for Polaris Office services. This information is for the services selected by the members only, and is not used for other services or for anyone other than the members and is not provided to third parties.
£ Payment information
Collect basic information about usage, such as browser type, service usage history, IP address, cookies, country, language, program installation and execution of key features. In addition, if the member is inevitably required for payment in the process of using the paid service, the transaction information required for payment, such as credit card information, billing address, country, currency unit, etc., may be collected.
£ Contact information
If a member allows the service to access his or her contact information, the service stores the contact information on the server so that the user can use the contact in the future. Use contact information only for sharing materials, sending e-mails, or inviting people to the service.
£ Third-party partner account information
If a member allows the service to access information on Google or other service provider's member account, the service stores the information on the service server so that the user can access the information in the future.
Article 2 Purpose and legal grounds for collecting personal information;
"LETS" handles the user's personal information based on the following legal grounds:
A. Consent of the Information Subject
"LETS" may provide product and marketing information only to members who have agreed to receive advertising information. Use this information when delivering event information and posting advertisements. The member may refuse to receive the service account in the event and service information.
B. Fulfillment of Contracts
"LETS" may process the personal information necessary to implement the contract with the member.
£ It is used to check the intention of membership and create an account.
£ It is used to identify users who have joined as members and to prevent illegal use and unauthorized use of defective members.
£ It is used to provide the services promised with the members and to settle the charges accordingly when the paid service is purchased and used.
£ If it is necessary to display member information within the service (e.g., displaying worker information in shared documents, etc.), profile information (e.g., name, email, photo, etc.) may be displayed to other members.
£ It is used to provide various services to members and to handle inquiries or complaints from members in the process of using the service and to deliver announcements.
£ Use to verify that you are a valid affiliate user if there are any alliance specifications in the particular device or access path you are using.
£ It is anonymized for reference to the provision of customized services and development of new services, and is also used in statistics on usage patterns, access frequency analysis, and service usage.
£ In providing services free of charge, the company may publish or install various advertisements related to the services of the company or its affiliates on the service screen.
Article 3 Period of retention and use of personal information;
A. "LETS" uses the user's personal information only for a limited period of service. If (i) withdraws consent to the collection and use of personal information provided or requested to withdraw from the membership, (ii) achievement of the purpose of collection and use, (iii) the personal information of the user shall be destroyed without delay.
B. The company keeps personal information for the period specified by the relevant statutes and shall never use the information stored for any other purpose.

- Records on withdrawal of contracts or subscriptions, etc.: Storage for five years;
- Records of payment and supply of goods, etc.: Storage for 5 years
